is the vintage-focussed blog of author, advocate and self-confessed vintage nerd Tara Moss, exploring midcentury vintage, history and fashion, and celebrating body positive and age positive pin-up, sustainability and ‘slow clothes’. Victory, AKA Tara Moss, is the Patron of the Australian Sewing Guild, and promotes sewing, craft, mending and sustainable clothing in that honorary role. She also writes, hosts and produces the vlog series Sewing Vintage with Tara Moss.

Moss is an author, journalist, TV presenter and human rights advocate. Since 1999 she has written 11 bestselling books, published in 19 countries and 13 languages, including the Mak Vanderwall crime fiction series and the Pandora English series. Moss is an outspoken advocate for the rights of women and children, and is UNICEF Australia’s National Ambassador for Child Survival. She is currently completing a doctorate in the Gender and Cultural Studies department. She has a particular interest in gender, subculture, feminism and the vintage and retro scene.

She writes, studies and holidays in her vintage Viscount caravans, Bettie and Lady Lamour with her husband Berndt Sellheim and their daughter. She’s learning to sew, mend and recycle vintage clothes, and runs a little Etsy shop called Tara’s Vintage Closet to help re-home quality clothes from the past.

Have vintage caravan, will travel.
